Ilyushin IL-76 ‘Candid’

Developed in the late 1960’s to replace turboprop Antonov An-12 and made its first flight on 25 March 1971. Originally designed for and delivered to military customers, but many since converted for civil use. Low rate production continues. Total delivered: 850+.
